Oil & Acrylic Painting
with Ada Brown

Using the beautiful scenery of the Lake Como region, its landscape and architecture, we will concentrate on how one paints while on location. The class will investigate the use of space, light, color, composition and atmospheric perspective in traditional and contemporary "alla prima" landscape and still life painting. Students are encouraged to develop skills, experiment, and find personal expression.

Prerequisite: previous experience in oil or acrylic painting and by permission of the instructor. Enrollment is limited to twelve students with a minimum of six.
