A studio space to make art,
personal instruction and
inspirational trips to the Veneto region of northern Italy

This workshop offers drawing, watercolor, and oil or acrylic painting designed for students with prior experience in art. We paint in the landscape five days each week either in the mornings or afternoons.

All students may work at any time in open studios and on the grounds of the Castel. Art theory and history lectures, as well as faculty demonstrations, will be part of our learning experience.

Spouses may accompany the student sharing their room for any length of time as a non-studio participant, paying a reduced fee. At the end of the program, artists are invited to participate in a group exhibition held at the Brentwood Art Center Gallery.
